Stunning beach and great service from the staff made our stay enjoyable. The themed dinner nights were fun and engaging. The room had some maintenance issues, as our hot tub didn't work properly. We encountered delays with room service, which was frustrating. Overall, a lovely experience despite the few hiccups.

However, what pleasantly surprised me was the array of facilities and services, including twelve pools, swim-up bars, and a stunning beach area. The 24/7 service offering the best imported meats, snacks, pastries, and drinks added a touch of luxury to my relaxing vacation.

The room with a jacuzzi was beyond comfy. Service and beach butlers were EXCEPTIONAL. Breakfast was the best meal - even better than in the photos! Would 100% choose it again.

I chose to visit Costa Mujeres specifically, and Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres pleasantly surprised me with its sophisticated and luxurious amenities. The twelve pools, swim-up bars, and beautiful beach areas provided a truly relaxing vacation.

the service was superb, and the spa and wellness centre was a highlight of our trip. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were both wonderful places to relax, and the beach access was lovely. the entertainment team provided great live entertainment, and the massage treatments were divine.

While our experience was fantastic overall, we did encounter a minor issue with the room. the Jacuzzi in the first room was dirty, but the hotel staff quickly relocated us to another room.

The staff was super friendly & always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. 💫 Spa massages were top-notch, and beach access was serene. The only small snag was some restaurants weren't open every night, a bit of a bummer, but nothing major. All in all, a fantastic getaway!

I keep returning to this amazing place. They once helped me find my documents I left. It suits me perfectly and has all I need, including free Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, outdoor pool, beach access, fitness studio. Can't wait to come back for my holiday.

I would have preferred to see more seating with comfortable cushions in the outdoor areas, especially near the pools, to ensure a better vacation experience for senior people.

The Family Section with All-Inclusive 24/7 Program at Majestic Elegance was incredible for our family. The array of leisure facilities and activities catered to all ages and interests. From the fun kids' club to the relaxing family pool, there was something for everyone. The main area was vibrant, offering diverse dining options and exciting entertainment, ensuring we made memories together as a family.

In my wife's opinion, more shaded playground areas for the kids would be an excellent addition for families.

We had an amazing experience at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres. the resort is beautiful all around, with plenty of water activities like jetskis, kayaks, sailboats, and wakeboards. Some are free to use, while others come at a small cost. the staff was exceptional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We enjoyed delicious food at the various on-site restaurants, and the daily and nightly entertainment was top-notch. the resort was meticulously clean and well-maintained. the spa experience was truly unforgettable, especially the hydrotherapy. We highly recommend getting the club level membership for a truly luxurious and personalized experience. the Tulum adventure excursion was also a highlight of our trip. this was one of the best resorts we've ever been to, with fantastic food and amenities.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt like royalty. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. The hotel was spotless and had all the facilities I needed, including parking and transportation to outside activities in the nearby area. The location was great and I was able to easily explore some areas of the resort and visit two restaurants that required reservations. The breakfast was excellent and provided a good start to my day. The staff was always available to assist me with anything I needed.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had an incredible time at this modern resort with amazing staff. Our favorite was the stunning beach with comfortable loungers and great cabanas. The Italian and Mexican restaurants were delicious. Although some minor issues, we had a wonderful stay. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Being part of the Elegance Club enhanced our experience, and the private beach allowed us to relax without any crowds. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff, especially our Butler Elizabeth, went above and beyond to make us feel special. the food was delicious, with the Mexican restaurant being a personal favorite. it was a perfect experience.
